Regional restriction

JapanGo is not offered to users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. You must not access or use its interactive tools while located in those regions. We may block access using available country-location signals.

This restriction is based on location, not citizenship or nationality. Location controls are best-effort and may be inaccurate. If you believe access was blocked in error, use the contact link below. Do not attempt to bypass a regional restriction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Not professional advice

JapanGo does not provide legal, medical, customs, tax, financial, aviation-safety, or other professional advice. Rules differ by item, traveler, airline, route, date, and authority. Confirm medicine, baggage, import, tax, electrical, and compatibility questions before acting.

Deterministic output and changing information

Public decision checks use reviewed rules and fixed translations, not generative AI. Prices, stock, products, exchange rates, and rules can still change. JapanGo does not fetch live product prices or stock. An optional reference exchange rate may come from Frankfurter, but it is not a guaranteed card, cash, bank, or transaction rate. Source links and last-checked dates are more important than confident wording.

Reviewed guidance has an editorial review deadline. If that deadline passes, JapanGo may withhold the factual recommendation and ask you to compare or check the official source instead.

Third-party services

Links may lead to government, airline, manufacturer, retailer, or other third-party sites. JapanGo does not control their content, availability, prices, policies, or transactions.

Some clearly labeled links may be affiliate links. JapanGo may receive a commission after a qualifying transaction, normally without increasing the price you pay. Commercial relationships do not alter the deterministic recommendation rules. Verify the provider, price, eligibility, and cancellation terms before purchasing.

Fair use of the service

Do not abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass service limits, or use JapanGo in a way that violates law or another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.
